Yes. The site is hosted in Europe (Hostinger, EU servers), fully encrypted (HTTPS/TLS 1.3), and GDPR-compliant. Your payment data never transits our servers — it is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Each product page has a built-in calculator: enter wall height (in meters), wall width (sum of walls to cover), and subtract openings (doors, windows in m²). The calculator automatically adds a 10% safety margin recommended by our wallpaperers and estimates glue needed for your chosen substrate.

Example: a 2.5 m × 4 m wall with no openings = 10 m². With margin → 11 m² to order.

Yes for custom wallpapers: each roll is printed specifically to the dimensions of your project, not in a standard format then cut. Rolls leave our partner workshop already calibrated for your wall, avoiding wasteful cutting and approximate matching.

For unit rolls (category “Wallpaper rolls”), it’s a standard format of 10 m × 70 cm.

For custom wallpapers, the recommended minimum is 1 m² (equivalent to one full print strip to avoid waste). For tiles and mosaics, ordering is per piece. For custom-made curtains, contact us for minimum dimensions based on the rail.

Yes — it’s one of our specialties. The Circular wallpapers collection offers printed circles in 80, 100 or 130 cm diameter, perfect for creating a graphic medallion above a bed or sofa. The Arches collection offers the same principle in half-circles.

It depends on use and intended atmosphere:

A physical sample (€15 average, refunded on first order) lets you touch the texture at home before validating.

Installation happens in 4 steps:

1. Wall prep — smooth, clean, dry. A primer coat for older substrates.
2. Glue application — glue is applied to the wall only (not the paper), 5 minutes per panel.
3. Double-cut installation — panels are laid with a 4 cm overlap, then center-cut with a knife for an invisible seam.
4. Finishing — squeegee smoothing, 24-hour drying avoiding drafts.

An installation kit (60 cm knife + 250 g vinyl glue + spatula + cutter) is available as an option at €23.50 on every product page.

Our professional eco-friendly glue (250 g, starch-based, solvent-free) works with the 3 main substrates (smooth, medium vinyl, fiberglass). For heavy vinyl substrates (loop textures, stucco), we recommend a high-density 320 g glue (available on request). The product calculator automatically suggests the right number of jars based on your surface area.

Yes for fiberglass and water-resistant vinyl substrates. For bathrooms (excluding shower), choose a matte or glossy vinyl with hydrofuge sealing at the baseboard junction. For kitchens, all our vinyl substrates work near the worktop (steam resistance). Avoid pure non-woven in humid rooms.

For custom wallpapers: 5 to 7 business days (production + DPD Express). For standard rolls, tiles, and accessories in stock: 48 to 72 hours (express home or pickup point). For custom-made curtains: 2 to 3 weeks.

Yes — a dedicated programme lets you order a physical sample of the substrate (Dekorami or Atelier européen partenaire wallpaper) for €15 to €35 depending on the material. The sample price is refunded on your first order of the same product. Format sent: 34 × 100 cm average, delivered by tracked mail within 3-5 days.

For large orders (5 m² or more), we offer a digital proof within 24 hours of order: a high-definition PDF shows exactly how your project will look at the correct dimensions, with seams. You validate before we launch printing — any modification is free at this stage.

No — in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made goods are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal. That’s why we strongly recommend ordering a physical sample before your purchase.

However, we guarantee: conformity to your validated proof, absence of production defects, and shipping damage (refuse the package on delivery if the box is damaged).

For these products, you benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-18). Notify us by email, send the product back in its original packaging, unused. Refund within 14 days of return reception via the same payment method. Return shipping at customer’s expense except in case of our error.

2-year legal conformity warranty (Article L217-3 of the French Consumer Code). For defects affecting product quality (faded print, abnormal lifting, manufacturing defect), we cover repair or replacement.
